Hulk accused of stalking ex-wife

Linda Bollea has accused ex-husband Hulk Hogan of stalking her. She reportedly filed a motion in Pinellas County Court on June 30 claiming Hogan has been harassing her ever since their Nov. 2007 divorce.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Bollea claims Hogan has "intentionally and willfully" driven to their Florida "marital and beach homes" and "parked outside of the property, and waited in his car" for her.

"In addition to stalking the wife at and about these residences, husband follows the wife and her guests in his car once they leave the marital home or beach home," the document states. "Husband relentlessly and methodically follows the wife, causing her fear and anxiety for her safety at all times."

Bollea also claims in the motion that Hogan "has a history of violence" towards her "and is capable of attacking [her] at any time" - which led to her 911 call on May 22 when she noticed Hogan parked in front of their beach house.

Hogan's lawyer, David Houston, stated in a statement also obtained by TMZ that "Linda Bollea's allegations are pure fantasy, in line with her recent 911 call that has been widely played in the media."

On May 22, Linda called 911 claiming Hulk was stalking her, which Hulk vehemently denied. Since November, [Hogan] has been in Los Angeles working. The limited time that he has spent in Florida has been solely to visit his son and daughter. In addition, he has no history of violence."

Bollea's motion requests that the court "grant her relief" by amending a previously granted order so that it includes "stalking, harassment, and any and all improper and unwanted contact" by Hogan. It also asks the court to prevent Hulk from entering both the indoor and outdoor premises of their marital and beach homes.

The motion was just the latest hurdle in the couple's acrimonious divorce.

When Bollea filed for divorce, accusing Hogan of "legal shenanigans" regarding the couple's finances, Hogan heard the news from a reporter.

Just last month she also asked a judge to hold Hogan in contempt of court and imprison him until he paid his share of their $4.2 million Las Vegas condo.

Around the same time, Hogan pledged his ongoing love for Bollea, despite their contentious divorce.

"I unconditionally love my wife, even though we're not together anymore," Hogan told People. "The Linda that I know was a great mother and a great person."
