Tiger Woods Injured in Car Accident

At approximately 2:25 a.m Friday morning, pro golfer Tiger Woods pulled out of his driveway in his black 2009 Escalade and struck a fire hydrant, then hit a tree in a neighbor's yard outside his Florida home. He was subsequently taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Florida, where he was reported to be in serious condition and was treated for facial lacerations. It is also reported that alcohol did not play a role in the accident. Good news arrived at around 3 PM, when his agent claimed Woods had been released from the hospital and was doing fine.

Nicole Richie is Seeking Medical Attention Following Car Crash

The Simple Life star Nicole Richie was driving a Land Rover when she was hit by a paparazzo in a Jeep Cherokee in Beverly Hills yesterday (10-5-09), and told police she was experiencing discomfort and was going to hospital.

“Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2pm when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her," Lieutenant Tony Lee of the Beverly Hills Police said.

“She complained of pain. Her car sustained moderate damage. No paramedics were called to the scene.”

After the incident, Nicole’s mother Brenda arrived on the scene to console her crying daughter.

When asked if Nicole was feeling alright, Brenda replied: “No she’s not.”

Nicole and her mother are then believed to have stopped by Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment.

The driver who ran into Nicole is being investigated for driving without a license.

“Officers could not verify his identification," Lee added. "He's being physically brought into the station. This will likely be a misdemeanour traffic violation, and the photographer's vehicle will be towed.”

Another adult was in the car with Nicole, but her two children with partner Joel Madden – 20-month-old daughter Harlow and one-month-old son Sparrow – were not present.

Wienermobile Crashes Into House

A Wisconsin homeowner got the surprise of his life when the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile got stuck in his deck and garage. The driver apparently drove down a dead-end street, and as she was turning the vehicle around, forgot to put the car in reverse and crashed into the house. Luckily, the owner of the house wasn't home at the time and nobody was injured. We can't say the same for the home or the Wienermobile, which both suffered some damage. We bet Oscar Mayer himself (who just died eariler this month) is rolling over in his grave.

Brandon Davis Smashes Up Pink's Car!

I'm not really sure what function Brandon Davis serves to begin with, but...

The ex of Mischa Barton and shameful oil heir was seen walking out of a liquor store on Sunset Blvd. at 1 A.M. on Monday, Dec 1st, after a night of pAArtying at the Viper Room.

The Mercedes-driving socialite backed into a BMW SUV belonging to Pink while trying to leave the parking lot. The singer's car was seriously banged up, and it was all caught on video by the paparazzi!

After a brief meeting with Pink, both parties drove off of the premises. She did NOT look pleased and was overheard saying she wanted to look at the video of Davis smashing into her car.

We're sure Brandon is glad no cops showed up!
