Miley Cyrus Sets Up Online Auction for Haiti

Teen superstar Miley Cyrus has organized an online auction to benefit Haiti featuring donations from many of her celebrity friends.

"Ever since the earthquake, I've been trying to do my part to help the people of Haiti – and I wanted to do more," Cyrus said.

The auction will begin on Feb. 8 at Ebay.com/Miley. Miley fans can bid on the Herve Leger dress the she wore to the Jan. 31 Grammy Awards and two tickets to the Hollywood premiere of her new film, The Last Song.

Several other celebrities have donated things for the auction. "My mom and I started calling and texting all of our friends to see if they’d like to be a part of the auction," Miley said. "Demi [Lovato] was one of the first to respond. Hugh Jackman was also excited to donate something."

Britney Spears gave the custom made silver Versace dress she wore to the 2008 MTV VMAs and Nicole Richie donated jewelry from her line House of Harlow. "I texted Nicole and right away she sent over some amazing jewelry and Joel [Madden] sent some of his clothes," Miley said.

All the proceeds from the auction will go to the American Red Cross to support the earthquake relief efforts in Haiti.

"I want to get people involved and show that even the little things you can do can make a difference," Miley said.

K.Fed Blames Weight Gain on Depression

Kevin Federline, once known as Mr. Britney Spears, admitted to Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp viewers that his weight gain was due to depression. When asked what brought on his depression, Federline stated, "A number of things between, I mean, everybody knows what happened with me and Brit. I’m not going to say that’s the total cause of it but, I mean, just not being happy with myself was probably the main part of my depression."

Kevin was Britney's back up dancer before he became her husband in 2004. After divorcing Spears in 2006, Federline stopped dancing and started "sitting on the couch all day." Kevin will be competing with other celebrities to see who can drop the most weight.

Brad Renfo's Last Interview Surfaces

Brad Renfro died in 2008 (Jan 15) at the age of 25 of a heroin overdose. Brad started acting at age 10 and had a promising career in the 1990's. While in recent years he wasn't as popular as Lindsay Lohan or Britney, he too lost his way and eventually lost the battle with drugs. His last movie "The Informers" was released in 2009 while it was filmed in 2007.

Sadly in this last interview which surfaced just recently on youtube by a user named Jay (film maker/director), Brad speaks painfully of how Hollywood and the lifestyle so many think is acceptable will ruin you.

Once a very attractive young man, you can see Brad is a bloated and worn shell of what he once was.

The interview shot in 2007 changes from upbeat to somber and then haunting as he forecasts his own fate: "A lot of people don't make it. They don't live through it." It's sad that he gave such strong advice and was trapped by his own demons.

Britney's On Top Of The World

Britney Spears has probably one of the most successful comebacks in entertainment history. Despite her fall in the past years Britney’s been doing better than ever! The pop princess will receive a special award at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards. She will be presented with the Ultimate Choice Award for her "extraordinary contributions to the entertainment industry". The 27-year-old star is also nominated in three categories, Choice Music Single, Choice Female Artist and Choice Music Tour. She will be up against stars including Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson. Britney's performance will mark 10 years since the first Teen Choice Awards in 1999. Other performances will be also be from Black Eyed Peas, The Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and Cobra Starship with Leighton Meester.

Britney Spears' Conservatorship Could Be Set to End

Pop superstar Britney Spears may be allowed to make her own decisions soon. Her father Jamie Spears has been the co-conservator of her personal and professional affairs after her breakdown last year. He wants the conditions of the agreement to be reviewed by a judge when Britney's Circus tour comes to an end in November.

Gossip website TMZ reports: "Jamie can't ask the judge to end it - just to review it. The judge then decides if Britney should regain control of her life."

The 27-year-old star's father thinks that Britney is now strong enough to look after herself. She currently has joint custody with ex-husband Kevin Federline of her two children, Preston, three, and Jayden, two.

In 2005 Kevin and Britney stared in a reality show called "Britney and Kevin: Chaotic" and he is now hoping to start a new reality show with his girlfriend Victoria Prince and his sons.

A source said: "Victoria will be a big part of the series. They are not engaged, but she lives with him full-time in his place in Encino."

"Victoria and Britney first met before Britney's tour at Kevin's home. They had a meeting face-to-face, when Victoria was home alone with the kids. It was awkward, but Britney was nice."

Britney Taking Kids To 'The Circus'

On Monday, Britney Spears, 27, officially set the record straight concerning reports that her upcoming two-month tour was in trouble because of a snag over whether she could travel with her two boys. Looks like she's taking the two boys on tour with her!

"Both Sean Preston and Jayden James will, in fact, be joining Britney throughout the duration of her tour," a message reads on the singer's Web site. Her Circus tour kicks off March 3 in New Orleans and ends April 28 in Chicago.

We think it'll be good that she has her kids with her, it'll keep her under control, we hope! No more shaved heads?!

"Britney is so excited to kick off her tour," her blog says. "She has been enjoying every moment of rehearsals and is looking forward to performing in front of a live audience again."

Britney's "If U Seek Amy" Controversy

We caught wind of this story and got very intrigued! We didn't realize that Britney's third single off her comeback album, "Circus," has a bit of controversy attached to it. We'll explain. If Britney Spears goes through with releasing her next song 'If U Seek Amy', as is rumored, she could find herself banned by radio stations over its transparently sexual title and chorus.

Even if the song gets released, it's unlikely cost-conscious radio stations will risk FCC fines, or worse, their licenses just to play it. What's the big deal? Well, if you listen to the song and listen to the chorus, repeat "If U Seek Amy," a few times fast, you may understand. Get it? Okay, we'll spell it out for you a little better, here is a lyric:

“Love me, hate me, Say what you want about me, But all of the boys and all of the girls are beggin’ to F%*K Me." Hey, Britney, do the right thing! Either choose another single or pretend that you have a friend named Amy and deny the whole thing so radio will play your song!

Christmas Greetings From Britney!

2-year-old Jayden James Federline is already a scene stealer! Check out this video of Britney Spears wishing her fans a happy holiday and thanking them for her #1 album, Circus, in her greeting posted Tuesday on her Web site. Standing with her two boys in front of a lavish Christmas tree, the singer turns to Jayden. "Thank you," she repeats, "as my son burps!"

In other news, Britney Spears is 100% going on tour next year!

This will be the wannabe comeback kid's first live dates since those House of Blues concerts (which we'd all like to forget). Her last major tour - the Onyx Hotel - was a handful of years ago.

The Pussycat Dolls will be opening for Spears on the new tour. The first show is March 3rd in New Orleans and the last concert will be April 28th in Rosemont, IL.

BritBrit is also scheduled to perform two London, U.K. shows in June.

26-year-old Britney Spears performed her hit song “Womanzier” during the 2008 Bambi Awards on Thursday in Offenburg, Germany. Guess Britney wasn't eating too much turkey yesterday. She made a comeback performance as she ended her performance with a bang atop a metallic spherical cage. She also picked up the award for Best International Pop Star. Would anyone like to explain the promotional photo, released to hype up Britney Spears' forthcoming album, Circus? Yep, that's Britney alright. Don't get us wrong here, we're total Britney fans! I'm rooting for her comeback 100% and she looks to be on the road to a re-vamped career! But this picture is just fake, fake, fake.

Britney shaved her head a while back, clearly this is not her real hair. She almost looks a bit like Jessica Simpson in this pic, no? Props to the graphic designer for their great airbrushing work here. Why couldn't they have gotten a really cool black and white natural picture of Britney or something? Oh wait, Brit doesn't do that type of stuff, no way! It's all glam, glam, glam!

Britney Spears Like You've Never Seen Her..

This candid moment comes from Britney: For the Record, a documentary airing Sunday, Nov. 30, at 10 pm/ET, exclusively on MTV. She makes her pals laugh by poking fun of her dad. We certainly haven't seen Britney happy and fun-loving like this lately.



"I wanted to make this film because I started to feel like I wasn't being seen in the light that I wanted to be seen in," Spears has said of her involvement in the exposé. "This is an opportunity to set the record straight and talk about what I've been through and where I'm headed."

The 90- minute, all-access look at Spears' world includes behind-the-scenes looks at Britney recording her new album, Circus, preparing for her appearance at this year's MTV Video Music Awards, and much more.

Spears' Son Hospitalized In Mississippi

This time it wasn't Britney that was being omitted into the hospital for her erratic behavior. She made an unexpected trip to the emergency room this weekend while she was visiting her family with her sons in her hometown of Kentwood, LA.

This visit home was the first time that Britney was able to take her sons out of the state of California. Spears' youngest son, Jayden, was rushed to the emergency room on Sunday afternoon.

There's no official word on the reason for Jayden's admittance, reports are circulating that he suffered a seizure. TMZ reports that the little guy ate something that didn't agree with him.

Britney's brother, Bryan, and her other son, Sean Preston, accompanied by a nanny, were also seen exiting Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center—the same hospital, coincidentally, where Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth this year.

UPDATE: PEOPLE confirms that Jayden was indeed rushed to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre, but reports that it was due to an allergic reaction and that "he's doing fine," according to a source.

Britney Spears Aussie Cosmo Cover Scandal

So this cover shot of Britney Spears on the Austrailian Cosmopolitan magazine looks really hot, right? Well, you better believe it looks hot, it was only taken 5 YEARS AGO!!! The photo that appears on the cover was part of a series of shots taken for an Esquire magazine feature back in 2003!

While I have to say that I am definitely rooting for Britney's comeback and she is looking better these days...I can't believe they are trying to pass off 5 year old images to convince us that she is looking THAT good! Oh the nerve!

If you look at the most current picture of Britney all done up at this year's VMA Awards, she looks great! Why couldn't they have asked her to pose now? She looks awesome! We don't think that was such a great move from the Cosmo Aussies down under, c'mon people, have a little faith in Britney, she hasn't forgotten how to strike a sexy pose!

Madonna. Britney. Justin. On One Stage!

Whooaa, whoa. Has Christmas come early? This is big, it's a rumor for now, but if this really happens, we're praying that someone records it and it shows up on YouTube within the next couple days! I'm not shy about my feelings towards Britney Spears, I'm rooting for her comeback. I may or may not be super excited for the release of her album on December 2nd.

Now, word on the street, okay, maybe more like on RyanSeacrest.com, is that Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake are set to appear tomorrow in Los Angeles. Madonna is currently on her Sticky and Sweet Tour, looks like the stars may show up at L.A. Dodger Stadium tomorrow when Madonna performs there and join her on stage for a song!

This will be the first time Britney has appeared on stage with Madonna since their kissing during the opening act of the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards. Remember that? Of course you do, keep your fingers crossed! This could be huge!

Nov 7th Update: A rumor no more! Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake performed with Madonna on her tour last night! Super huge! Britney sang “Human Nature” and Justin sang “4 Minutes.”

Of course, big stars taking the stage together like that was likely to bring out even more stars! Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum, Isla Fisher, Dennis Quaid, Ryan Seacrest, Kate Walsh, Kate Moss, Heidi Klum, Hayden Panettiere, Lucy Liu, Amanda Bynes and other celebs were all spotted in the audience. Manager Larry Rudolph says she's too busy

Britney Spears will not appear on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards.

The singer, 26, was rumoured to be making a comeback at the lavish ceremony on 7 September.

But her manager insists she’s too busy.

‘Britney Spears will not be performing at the VMAs this year,’ Larry Rudolf told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show.

‘I'm telling you officially and unequivocally. [She] is in the middle of recording her next album, which is going amazingly well, and was never supposed to perform at that show.’

But Brit, who has been nominated for her single Piece Of Me, will feature in ads with host Russell Brand leading up to the event.

Last year she was criticised for her lacklustre rendition of Gimme More.

Britney Spears' set to star in new reality tv show

Britney Spears is reportedly set to star in a new reality TV show.

The troubled singer is set to defy the wishes of her family - including dad Jamie, who is co-conservator of her estate, and ex-husband Kevin Federline - to appear in the proposed fly-on-the-wall MTV documentary.

The proposed programme will focus on Britney's attempts to get her life and career back on track following her breakdown earlier this year.

A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Britney's dad is furious. He thinks it's a big mistake and doesn't want anything to do with it. But Britney thinks it will help her custody battle for her sons."

Britney's mother Lynne is said to be desperately trying to talk her daughter out of the show because she fears the 'Toxic' singer will use it as a platform to speak out before Lynne's tell-all book is published.

A worried friend of Britney - who has two sons Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, 23 months, with Kevin - said: "This could be the biggest car crash television moment of all time."

Britney has previously starred in an MTV reality show with Kevin, 'Britney and Kevin Chaotic' which aired in 2005. 

It was cancelled after one season and mainly featured home videos the couple had made.

Singer says they love her homemade spaghetti

Britney Spears says her sons love eating at her house.

The singer gave full custody of Jayden James, 23 months, and Sean Preston, almost 3, to ex-husband Kevin Federline, 30, earlier this year.

But she reckons they prefer her home cooking.

‘The kids love my spaghetti,’ she reveals.

‘I think for some reason they like my spaghetti better than what they have at their dad’s house.

'I think it’s my sauce. I make it with love and I make it from scratch.’

And Brit, 26, says she does everything to make her home child-friendly.

‘I’m a cleaning fanatic,’ she tells OK! ‘Dusting is my favourite.’

Singer expected the labour to last all day

Britney Spears says she was amazed how quickly her little sister Jamie Lynn gave birth.

The singer accompanied the 17-year-old to the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center when she went into labour.

‘When she got to the hospital, we all thought it was going to be an all-day thing,’ she explains.

‘And instead, the baby just sort of popped out.’

Brit, 26, who lost custody of sons Jayden James, 23 months, and Sean Preston, 3 next month, says the pregnancy was overwhelming.

‘It was strange because she’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby,' she tells America’s OK!

'It was mind-boggling. I was shocked a little bit. But it was really cool, and she was happy.

'She’s going to come out here for the kids’ birthdays. It will be the first time the cousins meet.

'I’m sure the boys will be like big brothers to Maddie.’

Jamie Lynn gave birth to fiancé Casey Aldridge's baby Maddie Briann on 19 June.
