Madonna to Marry Jesus?

The rumor mill has blown an interesting story in our general direction.

Recently divorced singer Madonna has allegedly spoken about the possibility of marrying her 22 year old boy toy Jesus Luz. Randy Taraborrelli, Madonna's biographer, addressed the seriousness of their relationship despite a 29 year age difference.

Taraborrelli tells Britain's Hello! magazine, "The pop queen has been dating Jesus since January and it is thought the pair may marry before the end of the year. Madonna is crazy about Jesus and has been telling close friends and family that 'I could definitely see myself marrying him. Yes, it's definitely on the table.'"

Madonna has been married twice before- in the 80's to actor Sean Penn and in 2000 to director Guy Richie. Madonna met Jesus in December 2008, right before her divorce from Richie was finalized.

Madonna Used to Have a Big Sweet Tooth

Pop superstar Madonna – who now follows a strict diet and exercise regime - was so “obsessed” with candy as a teenager she wanted to sell them.

“My dream was always to work in a candy store," Madonna said. "It was because of my obsession with candy. I’m not obsessed anymore, now that my teeth are all rotten!"

“I did go to a university for a year and there was a candy shop that I used to go to all the time, an old-fashioned one where all the candy was in these big glass jars. I used to go in there and look at all the candy and think, ‘God, it would be really cool to work in here; I could have candy whenever I wanted.’ ”

However, Madonna changed her mind when she moved to New York in the 70s and decided she wanted to be a pop star, no matter what it took.

“When I moved to the Big Apple, that was when I knew that that’s what I was going to do - be a singer and a songwriter and an entertainer," she said.

“I didn’t care if I had to starve, and live in a room with five guys, and wash in a sink; that was what I’m going to do. And because I lived a pretty dismal life and I didn’t care.”

Madonna Faints on Stage?

Madonna shocked her fans in Bulgaria when the material girl apparently lost consciousness and leaned on a back up dancer for support. There is video footage of Madonna closing her eyes and leaning on a dancer. The dancer lifts her arm and looks concerned but Madonna appears to mouth "I'm fine" and the singer and dancers continue on without missing a beat.

The video footage makes the fall look staged but fans showing concern over Madonna's health isn't unwarranted. Recent photographs have emerged of Madonna looking emaciated. The paparazzi chooses to focus on her arms that expose most of her veins in an unflattering way. Her body fat is very low due to extreme workout habits, a strict diet, and strenuous dancing during her concerts.

Some of the worlds biggest music stars are ready to honor the late Michael Jackson by recording versions of his songs for a charity album.

Robbie Williams, Whitney Houston, Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder and Diana Ross have also been linked to the LP, as is the British schoolboy who was hand picked to sing at Micheal's memorial concert last month, Shaheen Jafargholi.

“The idea came from the memorial concert," a source said. "Many fans asked if cover versions from it would be released, and it seemed a wonderful idea. This covers album is sure to be a massive worldwide hit with fans and could raise a fortune for Michael’s favorite charities.”

The contributing stars will pick their favorite songs by the ‘King of Pop’ to cover. It is believed Mariah will record her version of ‘I’ll Be There’ from the memorial, while Shaheen will sing his version of ‘Who’s Loving You’. He has also reportedly been asked to record Michael’s early smash ‘Ben.'

Robbie is apparently going to sing ‘Man In The Mirror’, and other tracks expected to be on the album include ‘Rock With You’, ‘She’s Out Of My Life’ and ‘Bad.'

A Michael Jackson tribute concert is also being planned in London – where he had been due to play 50 shows starting this summer and running into 2010 – on the date of what would have been his 51st birthday, August 29.

Accident at Madonna Concert Leaves One Dead

This morning, a crane collapsed on workers while they were installing a stage for Madonna's Sticky & Sweet tour. One person is dead, and six more are injured. The accident took place at Velodrome Stadium in Marseille, France, and has caused the show (which was to take place on Sunday) to be cancelled. Madonna issued this statement:

"I am devastated to have just received this tragic news. My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news."

Madonna & Guy Reach Settlement

I hope you're sitting down. Our favorite Material Girl is forking over a whole load of her, well, material. Madonna has settled her divorce with ex-husband Guy Ritchie for at least 50 million pounds ($76 million US), the singer's spokeswoman said Monday.

The pair were married in a lavish ceremony in December 2000 at Skibo Castle in the Scottish Highlands. Ritchie made out pretty well, I'd say!

Liz Rosenberg told The Associated Press the settlement was in the range of 50 million to 60 million pounds ($76 million to $92 million) as part of their divorce agreement, a figure she said included the value of the couple's country home, Ashcombe House in western England. Millions of dollars and a house, I'd take it.

However, we do feel bad for those cute little kids of theirs. Divorce is certainly fun for no one!

Robert Downey Jr.: TKO!

A freak accident on the set of Robert Downey Jr.'s latest movie was less 'Iron Man' and more iron chin.

The Sun reports that Downey Jr. was knocked unconscious when a 350-pound stuntman accidentally punched him during a scene they were filming for 'Sherlock Holmes.' According to the report, Downey Jr. was "out cold" and was "drooling blood" when he came to.

An insider tells the Sun that the 'Iron Man' and 'Tropic Thunder' star was "accidentally caught on the chin by a thundering hook. He went flying and was out cold."

The source says Downey Jr. "didn't want to go to hospital and kept trying to get up. He's a trooper."

The Sun also reports that the day after the incident, Downey Jr's costar Jude Law (Dr. Watson) had to scramble to safety with director Guy Ritchie when a gas tanker exploded.

"The crew have started joking about the curse of Sherlock Holmes." the source said.

Guy Ritchie Doesn't Want a Cent!

The Daily Mail has reported that Madonna and Guy Ritchie have reached agreement on their divorce - with the British film director refusing to take a penny of the pop star’s cash.

An announcement could come by the end of the month, a source close to the negotiations tells London's Evening Standard.

Another report, in The Times, claimed that notice of a decree nisi (divorce settlement) would be posted in the Registry of the Family Division in London within twenty-four hours.

Madonna will walk away from the eight-year marriage with her fortune, estimated at $600 million, intact.

The only thing Guy asked for is joint-custody of his two boys, Rocco and David. A source said that the two boys will split their time between London and New York. Lourdes will stay in New York with her mother (her father, Carlos Leon, also lives in NYC).

A source said, "It will be all over by the end of the month. The priority for him has always been the children. Ritchie has not wanted her money. He has done exactly what Billie Piper did when she divorced Chris Evans. She walked away without any of his money, much to her credit. Guy Ritchie has done the same."

Guy Ritchie obviously has a heart made of gold and rainbows, because anyone else (**coughHEATHER MILLScough**) would have taken Madonna to the cleaners.

Madonna. Britney. Justin. On One Stage!

Whooaa, whoa. Has Christmas come early? This is big, it's a rumor for now, but if this really happens, we're praying that someone records it and it shows up on YouTube within the next couple days! I'm not shy about my feelings towards Britney Spears, I'm rooting for her comeback. I may or may not be super excited for the release of her album on December 2nd.

Now, word on the street, okay, maybe more like on RyanSeacrest.com, is that Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake are set to appear tomorrow in Los Angeles. Madonna is currently on her Sticky and Sweet Tour, looks like the stars may show up at L.A. Dodger Stadium tomorrow when Madonna performs there and join her on stage for a song!

This will be the first time Britney has appeared on stage with Madonna since their kissing during the opening act of the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards. Remember that? Of course you do, keep your fingers crossed! This could be huge!

Nov 7th Update: A rumor no more! Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake performed with Madonna on her tour last night! Super huge! Britney sang “Human Nature” and Justin sang “4 Minutes.”

Of course, big stars taking the stage together like that was likely to bring out even more stars! Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum, Isla Fisher, Dennis Quaid, Ryan Seacrest, Kate Walsh, Kate Moss, Heidi Klum, Hayden Panettiere, Lucy Liu, Amanda Bynes and other celebs were all spotted in the audience. MaDonna Kicks off world tour in Style!

Arriving on stage sat on a diamante throne, queen of pop Madonna started her latest world tour in style on Saturday.

Dressed in a sparkly black one-piece designed by Givenchy, the just-turned 50-year-old wowed the audience at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium with a stunning show. And with husband Guy Ritchie and children Lourdes, Rocco and David among the audience, the night was certainly a family affair.

In an energetic performance – including skipping and break-dancing as well as her usual high-powered dance routines – Madonna performed a selection of hits old and new. Songs such as Vogue, Into The Groove and opening number Candy Shop had the 40,000 strong crowd dancing and singing along.

As well as this, fans were treated to 16 dancers, a 12-piece band, eight costume changes and an incredible £1 million of jewellery. Meanwhile, large video screens allowed for appearances from US rappers Pharrell Williams and Kanye West, along with Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. The Sexyback singer dueted with Madonna on their recent hit 4 Minutes.

The Sticky & Sweet tour continues on Tuesday, in Nice, and continues around Europe. London-based Madonna returns to the UK on September 11, to rock Wembley Stadium.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie's Pub was found not guilty of price fixing

The Punchbowl did not charge regulars less

The Mayfair pub owned by Madonna and Guy Ritchie has been cleared over claims it charged tourists more than regulars.

An inquiry was launched after drinkers at The Punchbowl complained locals paid up to 40p less per pint.

But Westminster Council found the drinking hole was not guilty of price fixing.

A spokesman for the pub insisted the alleged discrepancy was a 'misunderstanding' that happened on the day the pub increased its prices.

The old price list was taken down to prevent confusion.

‘Every pub has to change their prices and this came in the middle of the change,’ a spokesman tells the Daily Express.

Madonna, 50, and husband Guy Ritchie, 39, bought a stake in The Punchbowl for a reported £2.5million in February.

A fixed price list is now on display.

Justin Timberlake says recording a song with Madonna is one of his biggest achievements.

The singer collaborated with the music legend, 50, on the track 4 Minutes earlier this year.

‘Working with her was definitely a dream of mine,’ he reveals.

‘And when it came to actually doing it…It was everything you’d think it would be!

'It was great and it was bad and it was cool and it was tedious sometimes and it was fun and we went down into the valleys together and we came out on top of mountains.’

Justin, 27, says the experience brought them closer.

'We had a really good time,’ he tells Hello! ‘And I’m now very happy to be able to call her a friend.

'She’s a really, really special person.'

Madonna hits the gym after 50th birthday

Showing energy levels women half her age would wish for, queen of pop Madonna made her usual visit to the gym on Sunday after spending the previous night celebrating her 50th birthday at a top London nightclub.

With her Sweet & Sticky world tour kicking off in Cardiff next Saturday, the birthday girl clearly wants to make sure her body is in peak condition and ready to entertain fans with her famous dance routines.

And the iconic singer is making sure she spends her last week surrounded by her family before she sets off. She was not only accompanied by husband Guy Ritchie to her birthday bash, children Lourdes, Rocco and David were also on hand to help their famous mum celebrate.

Film director Guy, who arranged the birthday party at the exclusive Volstead nightclub on Saturday, reportedly presented his wife with a Bulgari diamond necklace and earring set, had a rose named after her, and arranged for a vegetable garden to be created at the family's Wiltshire home of Ashcombe so the health-conscious singer can grow her own organic goods.

Madonna claims her spiritual age is 36.

The 'Give It 2 Me' singer - who turned 50 (16.08.08) - has been told by Kabbalah priests she is 14 years younger than her true birth age.

The star has since banned guests attending her celebrations from referring to her being 50, according to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper.

She has also issued instructions informing her guests not to bring any cards, cakes or presents which state her true age.

Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Justin Timberlake - who teamed up with Madonna on the smash hit track '4 Minutes' earlier this year - was unsure what to buy the queen of pop for her special day, and so has settled for golfing vouchers.

Earlier this week, it was reported Madonna was considering delaying her birthday celebrations after twisting her ankle.

The singer was set to throw a lavish party at her country estate in Wiltshire, England, but suffered the injury while rehearsing for her upcoming world tour.

A source said: "Plans are very hush-hush but Madonna is definitely going to celebrate in style.

"Unfortunately, not everything has gone as expected as she's had many other things on her mind. On top of all the stress, she twisted her ankle over the weekend.

"She views this as a sign she should postpone the birthday bash and play it by ear instead."

Madonna marked turning 50 on Saturday with an extravagant party organised by husband Guy Ritchie.

Kids Lourdes, Rocco, 9, and adopted son David Banda, 3, were joined by over 40 dancers as they headed to Mayfair's Volstead nightclub to toast for the £100k bash.

Guests were treated to a Kosher menu of Wagyu beef, foie gras and caviar – and Guy, 39, put £20,000 behind the bar to pay for Krug Rose champagne, martinis, and mojitos.

The lavish spread included a stunning 3-tier cake covered in crystallised rose petals.

Entertainment was provided by magician David Blaine, 35, and daughter Lourdes, 11, who sang Never Alone from the musical Fame on the grand piano.

Guy gave his wife a Bulgari necklace and earrings set worth £250,000. He also made an emotional speech paying tribute to her career and their marriage.

The night came to a close when Madge delivered a 40-minute message thanking friends and family for their support, reports the Daily Mirror.

‘I can't believe I have reached half a century,’ she said. ‘It only happens once and this is an event I'm glad to be sharing with you.’

Yesterday, Madonna was snapped heading for the gym just hours after returning home from the do.

The star's using her latest adoption plan to push hubby Guy away for good

Madonna’s pressing ahead with plans to adopt a baby girl.

The fact that she’s ignoring Guy Ritchie’s opposition to such a move also suggests that there’s no question of salvaging her marriage.

Now 50, the Queen Of Pop has long craved a baby sister for David Banda, 2, whose lengthy adoption process was completed in May. Despite denials from her people, she’s found a child: Mercy James, three, who’s been in an orphanage since her mother died in childbirth.

Guy, 39, recently admitted that he was ‘surprised’ to feel as much love for David as he does for his biological son Rocco, eight. Even so, he’s firmly against adopting again because of all the controversy and legal wrangling that was stirred up the first time round, which he found humiliating.

But it seems Madge is determined to show her husband who's boss.

So why is she so determined to adopt a second time? There’s a lot of truth in her brother Christopher Ciccone’s assertion that she’s ‘in competition with Angelina Jolie’.

A source tells Now: ‘She wants to prove that she can turn her hand to anything – adopting, directing, acting, singing – because she’s Madonna.’

Madonna's adoption confirmed

Madonna is set to adopt again, it has been confirmed.

The singer has renewed her bid to care for three-year-old Mercy James now that her marriage to Guy Ritchie is stronger and Malawian officials say she is "on the cusp" of completing the process.

Penstone Klembe, Malawi adoption minister, told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Madonna's representatives have been visiting the girl. The adoption is now advanced — all the government is waiting for is Madonna to forward the petition of adoption formalities.

"Then Mercy will be able to leave the country for a new life."

According to friends, Madonna, 49, and Guy, 39 - who began the process to adopt David Banda from Malawi in 2006 before it finalised earlier this year - renewed their bid to adopt the toddler after working to save their marriage following rumours the singer was having an affair with sportsman Alex Rodriguez.

One friend said: "The adoption process in Malawi is so long and stressful that all the legal wrangling put a huge strain on their marriage.

"They dropped proceedings to pour all their energies into each other. But Madonna now feels they are stable enough to press ahead with the adoption again."

However, Mercy's family are said to oppose the adoption.

Her grandmother, Lucy Chekechiwa, 60, says she is "firmly against" Mercy being adopted outside of her home country.

She said: "We know that it is Mercy who Madonna really wants. We heard it is because my granddaughter is such a beautiful, happy child.

"Twice I have told the adoption people that I do not want Mercy to go outside the country.

"But they keep on at us. Now they say that Mercy will be leaving us, but can return at age 18. Yet I might not be alive then."

The couple's original bid last year was dropped after the girl's uncle, John Nglanade blocked the application.

As well as David, Madonna and Guy have an eight-year-old son, Rocco, and Madonna has an 11-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from a previous relationship.

Madonna will not be adopting 3-year-old Mercy James from an orphanage in Africa.

The singer was said to have fallen in love with the youngster when she went to visit Malawi last year.

And the country's adoption minister Penstone Kilembe said she was filling out all the essential paperwork to take her home.

But Madonna’s rep insists it isn’t true.

‘Madonna has not made an attempt to adopt this baby earlier this year or now,’ Liz Rosenberg tells Us Weekly.

‘There is no truth to this rumour. It's an old one - wasn't true then or now. Madonna is starting her tour in a week.’

‘This is phase three of her transformation, which began in 2005,' says our source. 'She’s booked in for a consultation to see if anything can be done about her arms.

'There’s an operation you can have to remove excess skin from your armpits; this can happen to women who exercise and diet too much. She also wants to know if there’s anything that can be done which will reduce the appearance of veins and muscles and she’s even planning a boob job.'

Madonna vents her frustrations at the ageing process almost daily to her friends. Ever since her first wrinkles appeared at 30, she’s been trying to combat old age.

Her brutal exercise regime and macrobiotic diet has stopped her from putting on weight, but now she’s worried she looks too muscly and veiny.

As well as having Botox, which has been widely reported, our source says Madonna’s had many procedures, including a facelift in 2005. Her PR even admitted last week: ‘Whatever Madonna has had done – and I really don’t know – she looks truly amazing.’

Report: Madonna may postpone birthday bash over ankle injury

Singer’s sprain could put back lavish do

Madonna may be forced to delay her 50th birthday party because she's sprained her ankle.

The singer was snapped with a bandaged left limb while out in New York over the weekend.

She had planned to host a lavish do at her Wiltshire estate this Saturday, and is said to have postponed it for 2 weeks.

But the injury hasn’t stopped husband Guy Ritchie, 39, pushing the boat out.

'Guy wants it to be traditional and British,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘He has already ordered crate-loads of real ales.

‘He's also arranged for a folk band to play and the people invited are all pretty old school - Gwyneth Paltrow, Stella McCartney and Trudie Styler - basically friends Madonna's known for years.

‘Everyone else will be immediate friends and family, plus a few people from Malawi that Madonna will be flying out.

'A few of her Kabbalah associates are also expected.’
