Britney Spears' Jewels of Love

Meanwhile, Britney seems to be bouncing back from what was a highly publicized and unpleasant year, during which the troubled songstress lost custody of her two children (Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1) in July to her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The decision to give full custody to Federline came after Spears shaved her head, had two stints in a mental institution, and was forced to turn over full financial responsibility to her father.
The "Gimme More" singer is now working on what will be her sixth album, as she's said to be collaborating with artists like Kanye West & Pharrell Williams. The album is due to be released in December.

Rapper happy court case is finally over

Kevin Federline has spoken out about his custody battle with ex wife Britney Spears.

The wannabe rapper has 2 sons with Brit – Jayden James, 23 months, and Sean Preston, 2.

And he says he's relieved they've finally come to an agreement about where they should live.

‘I'm happy that everybody's OK,’ he tells Us Weekly.

K-Fed, 30, has been granted full custody, while Britney, 26, has overnight visits. She has also agreed to pay £10,000-a-month in child support.

Meanwhile, her dad Jamie, 56, is likely to remain in control of her affairs until further notice, reports People.

He was made co-conservator of her estate, finance and health in February after she was admitted to hospital.

Kevin Federline Remains Mum on Britney

Kevin Federline hit up the green on Tuesday but refused to talk about the two year custody battle with ex-wife Britney Spears, which was finalized just over a week ago.

“I’m not here to talk about that,” he told People magazine while golfing at the Trump National golf club.

Federline was granted sole custody of the couple’s two sons, Jayden, 1, and Preston, 2, on July 18 and will be taking home $20,000 in child support a month up from $15,000.

As for the boys, “They’re good. They know when daddy’s golfing.”

The aspiring actor and rapper who previously guest starred on One Tree Hill refused to reveal any future projects telling the magazine, “I’m going to make everybody wait on that.”

For now, the single father has “been having a good summer.”

He adds, “I can’t complain.”

Kevin Federline to make fitness DVD

Britney Spears' ex keen to earn his own money

Kevin Federline plans to release a fitness DVD so he can pay to put his sons through school.

The former backing dancer won full custody of Jayden James, 21-months, and Sean Preston, 2, last week.

So Kev, 30, whose weight has ballooned over the last year, is keen to make some cash.

‘I plan to get back to looking ripped again,’ he tells the Daily Star.

‘I know I have let it all go, but watch me fly this year.’

Kevin, who was married to Britney Spears, 26, for two years, hopes to release the tape in January.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline Child Custody Case Closed

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline finalized their child-custody settlement Friday, including a $5,000-per-month increase in child support for the pop singer’s ex-husband.

An attorney for Federline delivered the terms of two separate agreements to Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon, who gave his approval late Friday afternoon.

The settlement ends a months-long saga between Spears and Federline over custody issues, attorneys fees and the singer’s public meltdown earlier this year. It may not, however, be the final word on the pair’s custody arrangements.

The couple’s children are young: Sean Preston is 2 years old and Jayden James is 1. As the boys grow older, and Spears and Federline’s lives evolve, so too might their custody arrangements.

“Everyone has a right to change it at some point,” Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan said Friday.

For now, Spears’ payments to Federline will increase from $15,000 to $20,000 per month, retroactive to July 15. Spears will also pay Federline’s attorneys, Kaplan and James Simon, a single payment of $250,000.

Last week, the parties said they had also come to terms on custody arrangements, granting the 26-year-old pop singer more time with her children, including additional overnight visits. The exact terms of that agreement were sealed by the court.

Spears’ father, James, currently controls his daughter’s financial and personal affairs as a court-appointed conservator. He signed off on the agreement on Spears’ behalf.

A hearing on the conservatorship is scheduled for Thursday.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline reach custody agreement?

Former couple to put proposal to court tomorrow

Britney Spears and ex husband Kevin Federline are said to have agreed to share care of their sons.

Last month the judge overseeing their custody case asked the former couple to try to reach a settlement between themselves.

And now insiders claim that Britney, 26, and K-Fed, 30, will put forward their proposal to LA Superior Court at a private hearing tomorrow.

‘Commissioner Alan Gordon told Britney and Kevin to mediate a deal to avoid the nightmare of a trial,’ says a source. ‘It seems they’ve done that and it all now hinges on whether the judge agrees with what they put to him.’

It's hoped he will accept that Britney is well enough to look after Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 21 months.

‘She’s in terrific spirits and is extremely hopeful that the judge will allow her to become a proper mum again,’ the source tells the Daily Star Sunday.

‘She believes she’s within sight of being the woman she once was and wants to rebuild her life as well as her career.'
