Notorious hot mess Amy Winehouse may be in the middle of a divorce with soon-to-be-ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil, but apparently, that hasn't stopped her from embarking on a new romance with James Regan - a millionaire's son who used to date Mischa Barton. According to reports, they've been exchanging romantic text messages, and she even cooked him dinner in her North London home. This guy has interesting taste in women.

We’ve all known Amy Wine house has had her problems from drug abuse, to possession to metal health issues, but let’s not forget her assault against a fan last September against a fan at a charity event. A burlesque dancer, Sherene Flash, and her slightly intoxicated friend went into the dressing room and tried to get a photo op Englands’s troubled star.

The “Rehab” singer stated that she was aggravated and intimidated and just wanted the dancer to go away, "I meant to just get her away from me," yesterday at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court. She claimed that it would have impossible for the 5’3” women to hit someone. Have you ever heard of tiny people being small but scrappy? Maybe Amy’s just not one of those people.

Winehouse's Road to Recovery

There is something to be said for any person that can turn their life around after making grave mistakes. However we have all witnessed people that become involved in drugs and alcohol take life-long nose dives. Few come back from the brink.

What does it take for a drug laden celebrity like Amy Winehouse to see her life is over if she doesn't clean up? According to Winehouse herself, she took a cold hard look at herself, literally; and her viewing the photo (above) provided her epiphany. Now she is in retreat enjoying the Caribbean sun. In a recent interview there Amy Winehouse is reflective. 'I thought: "Girl, you've got sort yourself out or you'll be dead soon." I was depressed, doing drugs and had no life in me at all. Coming here has changed everything. I don't need drugs.'

Winehouse now joins the ranks of Lindsy Lohan, Mickey Rourke, Robert Downey Jr. and other celebrities that have second chances not only at careers but life. It is a tough road for celebrities to overcome addictions; perhaps tougher than anyone else because they are in the spotlight and vulterous media writers lay in wait for them to stumble or fall so they may ridicule them in an article. While I don't mind commenting on class, lifestyles and faux pas of people, I hope you will think as I do--that no person should have their life destroyed over drugs or alcohol.

The fact is Winehouse is poised to fail because she has tried to clean up time and again. The photo (above) she credits with saving her life is most likely not her seminole moment and tougher times await her. I've seen this before in the lives of regular people and I have to wonder if Amy has hit the literal 'rock bottom' in her life. If she fails ...watch the train wreck because that is our human nature, but don't laugh as one day it could be someone you love or know.

Already, Amy? ALREADY?!

Amy Winehouse's 'undying love' for husband Blake Fielder-Civil isn't getting in the way of her having vacation sex in the Caribbean (hey, a girl has needs. It's cool...right?).

Amy's first hook-up, Josh, has gone back to England and she already has someone new on board (ugh -- bad visual. Sorry, readers...).

An island snitch reported to the UK's Sun, “Amy has met another chap and they are getting on really well. She has had her eye on this bloke for a while. He is another clean-cut, handsome, healthy bloke, much like Josh. He teaches tennis and other sports at the resort where Amy stayed before she moved to the villa. Amy’s really into him.”

The inevitable has happened: Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has filed for divorce from the singer, who is claiming that she is now off the drugs.

And, it's gonna be a messy divorce!

Wino and Blake do NOT have a pre-nup. She has publicly confessed to having at least one affair, though more have been documented. And Fielder-Civil is gonna go after her money!

Blake's lawyer, Henri Brandman, says that Blake had instructed him to launch the divorce action on the grounds of Amy's adultery.

Amy Winehouse is still a mess

Thank Gods some things never change...
You may remember that Alex Haines used to be Wino's personal assistant and they got a little too personal while he was working for her (her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was in the slammer at the time).

Well, Alex has now done what most people involved with Wino do: he sold his story to The News of the World.

Alex's revelations about Wino won't make your eyes bulge in shock, but it is a good after church read. Among the "shocking" revelations:

Wino dined on a hearty breakfast of toast and crack every morning.

Wino spent £3,500 a week on drugs and made crack pipes out of old drink bottles! She also once used a screwdriver to scrape out the residue from her crack pipe. “When Amy ran out of the drug it she would cut the bottle in half and sit there on the floor completely wired, scraping the inside to get the residue with a screwdriver."

Wino is a bulimic who lives off of McDonald's and Crunchie bars! Alex says she used his toothbrush to barf.

Wino was like Alex's own personal porn star. She was addicted to sex and wanted it four or five times a day. "When I stayed at hers I would be asleep downstairs and there would be this little girl on the bed crawling towards me waking me up for sex.”

Wino is a cutter!!! "Cutting herself was her favorite pastime.”

Wino is afraid she might join the 27 club of rock stars who died at the age of 27. (YOU THINK?!?!?!)

Wino wanted to prove to every one that she was the cokiest cokehead who ever coked, so she once snorted a line that was 20 centimeters long!!!

Wino's favorite drink is super classy. She loves vodka with supermarket tropical juice!!

Did you get all that? Wino is a bulimic, a crackhead, a cutter, a nympho and she's also the Martha Stewart of the crackworld. Basically, she's like every after-school special rolled into one mess of a package.

In an interview with the UK's News of the World, Blake Fielder-Civil (Mr. Amy Winehouse) says that he's the one responsible for Amy Winehouse's addiction to drugs.

He's the one who got her experimenting with hard drugs like crack cocaine and heroin.

Before Blake, the 'only' thing Wino did was smoke pot.

He's on tape to the tabloid saying, "I dragged Amy into it and without me there is no doubt that she would never have gone down that road. I ruined something beautiful. Now I have to let her go to save her life. I am not abandoning her. I am doing this out of love.”

You're off then? BYE.

But we'll know you're full of ca-ca should you go after her money during the divorce proceedings that, according to rumors, will be taking place soon.

Manic Monday: Amy Winehouse

Further adding to my long-held belief that celebrities do a wonderful job of making themselves look foolish, and don't need my (or anyone else's) help to do so...

Last night, a photographer talked to her for around 6 minutes (above) about her divorce to Blake Fielder-Civil-Supreme-Circuit-Appeals Court or whatever his name is (she denies it) and her obsession with X-Factor (the British version). During her rambling, Winehouse even swore she wasn't drunk (actually, THAT I believe).

Winehouse talked about one X-Factor contestant the most: a 16-year-old kid named Eoghan Quigg. She said she likes his dad and her goddaughter likes the boy. They've even called him up. She didn't really say what they talked about, but the Mirror claims she's invited the boy for a wild night out with her.

A source said, “Amy wants to meet him whether he wins or loses. She’s a massive fan and thinks he’s cute. She told him he was doing well in the competition and to keep up all the good work. But she was also insistent that she wanted to meet up when he wasn’t rehear-sing – and Eoghan was up for it.”

At Least She's Still Got Her Teeth!

The count down to her ultimate demise started long ago, but Amy Winehouse is still going. Down that is. But at least she's still got her teeth. In fact they are sort of white, even and straight.

This latest batch of photos shows Amy with her make up in ruins. If you look closely (in some photos) you can't help but mistake some crusted blood and spatter, nor can you help but wonder what happens in her life away from the cameras.

We will most likely never know the hard life she has put her body through until she has passed onto another place leaving the people she partied with and left behind to write their tell all books. In the mean time all we can do is hope that as she has hit rock bottom Amy will finally clean up. The odds are against that.

Amy Winehouse slept through the festive season last year because she had to spend it without husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

‘How horrible last Christmas was!’ she says. ‘I was so upset, I slept all Christmas. I knocked myself out.’

Last month, Blake, 25, was sentenced to 27 months in prison for GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

But because he's already served 9 months on remand, he could be out before the year is out.

‘I really miss my Blake,’ Amy tells the Daily Star. ‘I love him so much.

'But I’m focusing on his release. I want to make everything perfect for him.

‘It looks like it’ll be Christmas Eve now. It’s so far away. But I just keep reminding myself of how lovely it’ll be.’

Amy Winehouse new album influenced from Wizard of Oz

Singer said to be sampling songs from 1939 musical

Amy Winehouse’s new album is said to have been heavily influenced by classic movie The Wizard Of Oz.

The singer, who is in the studio working on the follow-up to Back To Black, is said to be such a fan of the 1939 Judy Garland musical that she’s decided to sample some of the score, including Somewhere Over The Rainbow.

‘She loves the surreal look, sound and score,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘The soundtrack and score will be a theme running throughout the record.

'It’s really interesting, if a little bizarre, but I suppose that’s what you would expect from her at the moment.

‘When Amy was writing Back To Black she was surrounding herself with 1960s soul music and that was obvious in the record. This time it will be sounds from The Wizard Of Oz.’

Amy, 24, was booed at the weekend when she gave erratic performances at the Virgin Mobile V Festival in Weston Park, Staffordshire, and Hylands Park, Essex.

Amy Winehouse has been filmed slapping a fan across the face.

The singer lashed out after a night out in Camden on Thursday last week.

The 24-year-old had attended a fundraiser for her favourite boozer the Hawley Arms, which was destroyed by fire earlier this year. As she was leaving a passerby tried to put her arm out to her her – and Amy hit out.

The troubled star then launched into a foul-mouthed tirade as she was led away, reports The Sun.

Amy took her 12-year-old god-daughter Dionne Bromfield to the benefit gig.

‘Amy was in a right state, slurring her words and falling all over the place,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘It was sad to see a young girl being left to babysit her – it should be the other way around.’

Amy Winehouse has revealed she's on a calorie-laden eating plan in an attempt to fill out her scrawny frame.

‘I’m on a strict pizza diet – a strict put-on-weight diet. I love food. I’m just stressed out,’ she says.

Amy, 24, has been pictured looking super skinny in recent months, thought to be due to her drug taking, yet she dismisses claims that she's out of control.

‘I’m young and I’m in love and I get my nuts off sometimes,' she tells Rolling Stone magazine.

She is due to appear at the V Festival this weekend.

Singer wants to join dad for one-off slot

Amy Winehouse could dish out advice to listeners on a radio show.

The singer’s dad Mitch will guest host a BBC Radio London phone-in on 1 September while Danny Baker, 51, is on holiday.

And now Amy, 24, wants her own slot during the set because she'd like to use her experience to help others.

‘Mitch has been a regular contributor to BBC London, calling into our phone-in shows,’ station assistant editor Justin King tells the Daily Star.

‘He always has something worthwhile to say and he has a good sense of humour.

'He’s a London dad and I think our listeners can relate to him in that way.

‘Mitch and Amy are able to work really well together. There isn’t a question this agony aunt can’t answer.’

Mitch, 57, has already said he will not talk about Amy on the show.

Cabbie Mitch to cover for DJ Danny Baker

Amy Winehouse’s dad Mitch will host a slot on BBC Radio London next month.

The cabbie is being lined up to replace Danny Baker, 51, while he's on holiday.

‘We’re delighted he’s agreed,’ says the show's assistant editor Justin Kings.

But Mitch, who will make his debut on 1 September, insists he won't be talking about his troubled daughter.

'I'm looking forward to it,' he tells thelondonpaper.

'There's one thing you can guarantee: I won't be lost for words.

'I'll not be mentioning Amy - that's a big no-no.'

Mitch, 57, is one of several guest hosts filling in for Danny between August 18 and September 12.

Blake Fielder-Civil moved to open prison

Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been transferred to an open prison near Cambridge.

The jailbird is thought to have been moved from Pentonville Prison to Edmunds Hill because he is depressed.

‘Blake has found it really tough being inside Pentonville and is looking forward to being inside a more cushy prison,’ says a source.

And Amy, 24, is said to be looking for a flat to rent in nearby Bury St Edmunds, to be closer to her man.

Blake, 26, was sentenced to 27-months behind bars for GBH and perverting the course of justice.

But, because he served 9 months on remand, he is likely to be released just before Christmas.

Meanwhile, Amy’s new album is said to feature a track about food.

‘I can cook, chicken soup, meatballs, a good chicken - jerk and fried,’ she sings.

Pair wanted to record song for Quantum Of Solace

Mark Ronson says he and Amy Winehouse are disappointed they weren't picked to record the new James Bond theme.

The pair had started work on a track for Quantum Of Solace but later had to scrap their plans because the singer, 24, wasn’t well.

Instead, producers have chosen a track called Another Way To Die, by Alicia Keys, 27, and Jack White, 33, of The White Stripes.

‘It's really disappointing, of course it is,’ Mark, 32, tells the Daily Mirror.

‘But at the time Amy was going through some s**t, and now she's doing great, so who cares if we missed the Bond boat.

‘It's fantastic to see her back on track again. We're both gutted we missed out on 007, but there will be other great opportunities.’

Amy Winehouse's drink spiked with Ecstasy?

Amy Winehouse’s dad Mitch says his daughter was rushed to University College Hospital on Monday night because she accidentally overdosed on prescription drugs.

‘She had a bad reaction to some medication,’ he tells the Daily Star. ‘She took 2 doses instead of 1, by mistake.

'She did not take a deliberate drug overdose. She is on medication to wean her off hard drugs and she took the wrong amount.

‘The drug replacement is an opiate and caused her to fall ill and have a fit. We are now waiting for the toxicology report.’

But another tabloid claims Mitch, 57, thinks a pal spiked Amy’s drink with ecstasy – and he is even said to have reported his suspicions to police.

‘He is convinced that one of her hangers-on was responsible and he’s waiting for a toxicology report to show what caused her to fit,’ a source tells The Sun.

Amy, 24, was diagnosed with lung disease emphysema last month.

Blake Fielder-Civil is said to be struggling to cope in Pentonville Prison.

Amy Winehouse’s husband was sentenced to 27 months behind bars last week after pleading guilty to GBH and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

But after already serving nearly 9 months on remand while awaiting trial, Blake, 26, is thought to be feeling the strain.

He's even reported to have sought counselling.

‘He is on the verge of a nervous breakdown,’ an insider tells The Sun. ‘He has stopped his mopping job, which may sound funny, but it gave him something to do. Instead he mopes around his cell.’

Meanwhile, Amy’s celeb pals have spoken out about how she needs help as she comes to terms with life without Blake.

‘She’s not married a year and her old man’s locked up,’ Pete Doherty, 29, tells the Daily Record. 'It's a lonely life and she's hounded by the papers. I feel so, so sorry for her.'

Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding, 26, adds that moving from Camden will help Amy, 24, escape her demons.

‘It could do Amy good to get out of there and get a fresh start and perspective,’ she tells the Daily Star. ‘I love Amy. She’s a good girl. I’ll look out for her.
